Thank you for shopping with LayerForge! Since all of our products are printed to order, please allow additional time for production before shipment.
Processing Time All orders are printed and processed within 3–7 business days before shipping. During peak periods, processing may take slightly longer.
Shipping Times
- United States: 3–7 business days after fulfillment
- International: 7–21 business days after fulfillment
Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or customs processing.
Shipping Rates Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
International Orders International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.
Lost or Damaged Orders If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at thermallayerforge3d@gmail.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we'll make it right.
